GENERAL INFORMATION

We send, as soon as we receive the order if we have stock of the requested within 24/48h is sent, once sent will receive in the mail a message indicating that the order has been sent. If it is not possible, we will inform you by phone or e-mail.

Stilfondo delivers worldwide, the time of reception depends on your zip code, but generally the delivery time varies between 24 and 48 hours for Spain and Portugal. For the rest of the countries it can vary between 7 and 15 days from the moment of shipment.

In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, we can only change the delivery address if the customer assumes the costs generated by this change.

Shipments will be made by different transport companies depending on the country or postal code. When we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a link to track it. In case of absence, you will also be contacted to agree on a schedule that best suits your preferences.

CANARIAS

Shipments to the Canary Islands carry an additional cost of 20€ corresponding to the export SAD. It is important to note that this shipment will be subject to the additional payment of the import SAD and the payment of the corresponding IGIC (7% of the declared invoice value) at the time of delivery. These and other derived customs expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer in any case.

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. Stilfondo undertakes to take the necessary steps and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.
